We ship orders 1-3 days within receipt of your orders. In rare occasions where there is an unforseen delay in sending out your order, you will be notified by email.
All items are guaranteed to be packed and leave us in good condition. CornerStone Paper Crafts (CornerStone) assumes no responsibility for damage incurred during transit. CornerStone also assumes no responsibility for lost or stolen packages. Please indicate if you would like to purchase insurance and you will receive a second request for payment for the insurance charge. If you choose to purchase insurance, your order will not be shipped until payment is received.

Domestic Shipping Policy

• All domestic orders are currently shipped using the US Postal Service via Flat Rate Priority Mail. We are currently shipping within the continental US for $10.00
• Priority Mail has no guaranteed delivery time. Most packages within the continental US arrive within 3-4 days. Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii and non-state US possessions may vary. In general, a package can not be reported as lost until 15 days past its expected arrival.
• APO and FPO shipments vary greatly in delivery times and do not allow for delivery confirmation. Because of this, CornerStone is not responsible for lost packages sent to military addresses
• CornerStone is not responsible for incorrect addresses used when placing your order. If you have inadvertently used an old address or incorrectly entered a number, etc., we will make every effort to assist you where possible.

International Shipping Policy

• We ship all international packages via US Postal Service.
• CornerStone offers flat rate shipping internationally based on the United States Post Office flat rate tables. Shipping fees are not calculated based on the value of your order or the quantity of your items in your order. US Postal service flat rates allow for up to 20lb or 9kg per box and the boxes are a predetermined size and shape.
• Rates are as follows: Canada and Mexico shipments are $25.00/box
• Europe, Australia and New Zealand shipments are $44.00/box
• If you would like to know the shipping and handling cost of your order, prior to submitting your order, simply place items into your cart and proceed to the check out. Your shipping and handling charges will be calculated for you before you pay for your order.
• CornerStone can not be responsible for any customs, taxes, tariffs or other fees associated with shipping to your country beyond the cost of postage. Please check with your local Customs Office for an estimate of charges on your order.
• By default, our customs forms will be filled out with the general description of "Scrapbook Material." The total actual value of the products will also be identified on the form as required by federal law and insurance guidelines.
• While USPS is very reliable, the United States Post Office will not guarantee shipping times or arrival dates.
• The United States Postal Service does not offer tracking or delivery confirmation services for international deliveries. Therefore, we cannot track lost or delayed packages. CornerStone will provide shipping dates, the weight of your package and customs information. For some countries, an order may take up to 90 days to arrive.
• CornerStone is not responsible for incorrect addresses used when placing your order. If you have inadvertently used an old address or incorrectly entered a number, etc., we will make every effort to assist you where possible.
• Additional shipping charges that are required as a result of a special request or an incorrect address will be billed to your credit card as necessary and, in most cases, on a separate transaction.

Returns
On domestic orders, CornerStone only accepts returns within 2 weeks of sending out the order AND only for items that have been shipped incorrectly or have a clear manufacturer's defect.

• In the case of a manufacturer defect, CornerStone will refund the cost of the particular item(s)
• For incorrectly shipped items, CornerStone will send out the correct item(s) as soon as the error is verified, free of charge
• CornerStone will not accept returns that were ordered accidentally
